Jim Landsaw brings more than 27 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, specializing in strategic portfolio and transaction management across healthcare, office, retail, and industrial properties. He has led complex initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, with expertise in acquisitions and dispositions, lease negotiations, site selection, financial analysis, and portfolio administration.



Jim has managed large-scale real estate portfolios exceeding 40 million square feet across more than 1,900 properties, serving as a trusted advisor to CFOs and corporate real estate executives. His experience includes end-to-end transaction execution, mergers and acquisitions integration, process development, and capital planning, delivering measurable cost savings and operational efficiency.


Throughout his career, Jim has held senior brokerage roles at CBRE, Newmark Knight Frank, Fischer & Company, and The Staubach Company, completing over 900 transactions nationwide. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member and an active member of NTCAR, holds a BS in Agricultural Business from the University of Arkansas, and has represented clients including McKesson, Nokia, Regions Bank, United Rentals, and Clear Channel Communications.
