    Position Overview

    RDE Capital Group, LLC, a leading commercial real estate brokerage based in Dallas, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of RDE Maintenance Services, ensuring timely completion of work orders, high-quality repairs, efficient scheduling, and cost-effective maintenance of the residential and commercial portfolio. This leader will manage in-house maintenance techs, coordinate vendors, improve processes, and uphold safety and compliance standards.


    The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to lead a field team in a high-volume environment while maintaining excellent communication with the operations team, property managers, and residents.



    Key Responsibilities

    1. Maintenance Operations Management

    • Manage all maintenance activities for 600 doors, including repairs, unit turns, preventative maintenance, and emergency response.
    • Oversee the entire work order lifecycle: intake → scheduling → completion → quality control → documentation.
    • Reduce backlog, optimize technician routes, and ensure timely completion of service requests.

    2. Team Leadership

    • Supervise 3–6 maintenance technicians (or more as the portfolio scales).
    • Handle hiring, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and technician development.
    • Enforce quality standards for work performed in the field.

    3. Scheduling & Workflow Optimization

    • Prioritize work orders based on urgency, resident impact, and owner obligations.
    • Manage on-call rotation schedules.
    • Implement efficient dispatching and tracking systems (e.g., AppFolio, Property Meld).

    4. Vendor & Contractor Management

    • Maintain relationships with electricians, plumbers, HVAC companies, turn vendors, and specialty contractors.
    • Compare bids, negotiate pricing, and ensure high-quality vendor work.
    • Monitor vendor performance metrics and update vendor lists regularly.

    5. Budgeting & Cost Control

    • Monitor maintenance expenses, parts inventory, contractor bills, and turn costs.
    • Make recommendations to reduce expenses while maintaining quality.
    • Ensure accurate coding of labor and materials for monthly financial reports.

    6. Compliance & Risk Management

    • Ensure alignment with Texas Property Code for habitability, smoke detector requirements, and repair timelines.
    • Enforce OSHA safety standards and proper use of tools, ladders, PPE, and chemical handling.
    • Conduct periodic safety training for technicians.

    7. Inspections

    • Oversee move-in, move-out, annual, and preventative maintenance inspections.
    • Document findings and ensure preventative maintenance is scheduled and completed.

    8. Resident & Owner Communication

    • Provide clear, professional communication with residents regarding repair timelines and expectations.
    • Support property managers and ownership with status updates and cost estimates.


    Qualifications Required

    • 5+ years of maintenance experience in residential or multifamily properties.
    • 2+ years in a supervisory/lead role managing technicians or crews.
    • Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair.
    • AppFolio
    • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, building plans, and work scopes.
    • Valid Texas driver’s license.


    Preferred

    • HVAC certification (EPA Universal or Type II).

A successful Portfolio Manager must drive throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area several times weekly to uphold quality control standards. The Portfolio Manager must communicate with tenants, established vendors, owners, and associates in a common-sense manner that drives effective and positive results in the following areas. A successful assistant portfolio manager interacts with residents professionally and courteously and collaborates with team members.

    Key Responsibilities

    1.Property Operations & Maintenance

    • Execute Maintenance Operations Plans (MOP) in coordination with the Maintenance Coordinator.

    • Assist in the coordination and tracking of maintenance operations plans.

    • Create and assign internal or external resources to service requests in accordance with company guidelines.

    • Write detailed make ready scopes and inspect completed work to ensure it meets the defined scope and company standards.

    • Perform and document property walkthroughs on a regular basis.


    2. Compliance, Inspections & Registrations

    • Coordinate and complete all required city inspections and annual property registrations.

    • Ensure lease enforcement in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.


    3. Financial Performance & Collections

    • Manage the delinquency process to completion, including communication, notices, and follow up actions.

    • Oversee and manage the collections process through resolution.

    • Manage the eviction process from initiation through completion in compliance with legal and company procedures.

    • Oversee the Ratio Utility Billing System (RUBS) process in coordination with vendors.


    4. Tenant & Owner Relations

    • Maintain and foster positive, professional communication with property owners and tenants.

    • Manage the security deposit return process from move out through final disposition in accordance with regulations and company standards.


    5. Vendor & Resource Management

    • Manage and coordinate virtual assistant vendors to ensure performance and service delivery expectations are met.


    6. Administrative & Team Support

    • Support the Portfolio Supervisor with additional tasks, projects, and operational needs as assigned.



    Qualifications Required

    • Required to hold a current TX Driver's license with a clean driving record. (Mandatory for this position).

    • Minimum of one year of previous experience in either the single-family or multi-family rental industry

    • Ability to manage confidential information in a professional manner

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills

    • Ability to comfortably navigate innovative technology. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Work, and Excel, is required.

    Position Overview

    RDE Capital Group LLC, a leading commercial real estate brokerage based in Dallas, seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Company Accountant to become an integral part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the President, the Accountant position will oversee day-to-day accounting activities and monthly close and variance reporting requirements for assigned portfolios.



    Key Responsibilities

    1. Oversee and analyze property financial statements, including reviewing income statements and balance sheets to detect risks, discrepancies, and operational issues.


    2. Reconcile month-end close procedures, including:

    • Updating close workpapers

    • Preparing variance analysis reports

    • Ensuring proper income and expense classification.



    3. Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts and prepare ad hoc financial analysis reports.


    4. Analyze and explain financial statement fluctuations, identifying key drivers across major categories such as:

    • Rental Revenue

    • Recoveries and Leakage

    • Non-Recoverable Expenses

    • Bad Debt

    • Occupancy


    5. Ensure proper revenue recognition and recovery processes, including interpreting and managing complex recovery setups.


    6. Apply GAAP accounting standards relevant to real estate, including:

    • Straight Line Rent

    • Blend and Extend methodology

    • Recoveries and recovery methods (CAM, DB, Direct Pay, etc.).


    7. Review expenses to determine proper accounting treatment, including whether costs should be capitalized or expensed.


    8. Coordinate with the billing team to ensure all accrued income and billing errors are identified and corrected.


    9. Serve as the primary accounting liaison with operational teams, maintaining strong communication with:

    • Regional Managers

    • On-site Property Managers

    • Off-site Property Managers.


    10. Prepare financial and operational reports and analyses to support management decisions.


    11. Support company growth and operational improvements by participating in additional accounting projects and special assignments as needed.



    Qualifications Required

    • A Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science is required, and an accounting or finance degree is preferred.

    • 3+ years of accounting experience and real estate industry experience are preferred.

    • Detail-oriented, analytical, have strong organizational skills, have a proven ability to meet deadlines, work well under pressure, and can manage time efficiently and prioritize effectively.

    • Excellent problem-solving skills

    • Demonstrate a commitment to customer service.

    • Self-starter, but can function effectively as part of a team.

    • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills

    Position Overview

    The Property Management Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution of property management and maintenance operations across the RDE portfolio. This role ensures properties are operating efficiently, residents receive a high-quality experience, and teams consistently execute company processes and standards.


    This is a hands-on leadership role designed to grow into an Operations Director position as the company scales.



    Key Responsibilities

    1. Operational Leadership

    • Oversee daily operations across all managed properties

    • Enforce company policies, procedures, and operating standards

    • Serve as the primary escalation point for property managers and maintenance supervisors

    • Ensure consistent execution of leasing, move-ins, renewals, maintenance, and resident communication.


    2. Property Performance & KPIs

    • Track and manage key performance indicators, including:

    • Economic and physical occupancy

    • Vacancy and delinquency

    • Work order completion and aging

    • Security deposit processing timelines

    • Online reputation and resident reviews

    • Conduct weekly KPI reviews with property managers

    • Identify underperforming assets and implement corrective action plans.


    3. Financial Oversight

    • Support ownership in executing the annual operating budget

    • Monitor controllable expenses and vendor performance

    • Review monthly financial statements and variance reports

    • Ensure accurate rent collection, delinquency follow-up, and deposit accounting


    4. Maintenance & Vendor Coordination

    • Coordinate maintenance operations across approximately two maintenance vans

    • Prioritize work orders, turns, and preventative maintenance

    • Ensure compliance with safety, habitability, and regulatory standards

    • Manage vendor relationships and pricing within approved budgets


    5. Resident Experience & Move-Ins

    • Own the move-in process and resident onboarding experience

    • Ensure units are move-in ready, clean, and inspected prior to occupancy

    • Implement quarterly initiatives to improve resident satisfaction

    • Drive positive online reviews related to move-in and service experience


    6. Team Leadership & Development

    • Coach, train, and support property managers, leasing staff, and maintenance personnel

    • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management

    • Foster a culture of accountability, hospitality, and continuous improvement

    • Identify and develop future leaders within the organization


    7. Quarterly Priorities & Strategic Execution

    • Lead execution of quarterly company priorities as defined by ownership

    Position Overview

    RDE Capital Group is seeking a Leasing Agent (Licensed) to manage leasing activities across a portfolio of offsite multifamily and scattered-site residential properties. This role is production-driven and responsible for converting leads into signed leases while maintaining strong occupancy and minimizing days on market.


    This is an in-person position focused strictly on leasing. Operational property management duties (maintenance coordination, inspections, evictions, owner communication) are handled by Portfolio Managers.

    This role requires discipline, urgency, strong follow-up skills, and comfort working in a metric-driven environment.



    Key Responsibilities

    1. Leasing & Lead Management

    • Respond to all inbound leads within 15 minutes during business hours.

    • Conduct phone and virtual leasing consultations

    • Schedule and coordinate property showings

    • Lease renewals

    • Property inspections

    • Pre-screen applicants

    • Process applications and approvals

    • Prepare and execute lease agreements under broker supervision

    • Maintain accurate CRM records for all leads and follow-ups


      2. Marketing Support

    • Ensure listings are current across all platforms

    • Coordinate pricing adjustments and concessions with management

    • Track listing performance and vacancy trends


    3. Reporting & Accountability

    • Submit daily leasing activity reports

    • Participate in daily video huddles and weekly performance meetings.

    • Track KPIs including:

    • Leads received

    • Leases signed

    • Days on market

    • Conversion ratios


    4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Success in this role is measured by:

    This is a performance-based role with clear production expectations.



    Qualifications Required

    • Active Texas Real Estate License (required)
