ENRIQUE ARJONA CPM®
Enrique Arjona is the Founder and President of RDE Capital Group, LLC, a Dallas-Fort Worth-based commercial real estate firm providing brokerage, property management, and maintenance services across office, industrial, multifamily, and retail assets. He specializes in executing value-add strategies, improving asset performance, and driving net operating income growth for investor clients.
Mr. Arjona has extensive experience managing complex real estate operations, including HUD and LIHTC-regulated properties, with deep expertise in compliance, leasing strategy, and asset repositioning. Through RDE’s vertically integrated platform, he delivers operational efficiency and cost control across the full lifecycle of real estate investments.
Prior to founding RDE in 2012, Mr. Arjona served in the United States Marine Corps, enlisting in December 1999 and later commissioning as an officer. He served as a Rifle Platoon Commander and Recruiting Station Operations Officer, completing his service at the rank of Captain.
He is actively expanding RDE into a private equity platform focused on acquiring and operating assets alongside investors, with an emphasis on disciplined underwriting, conservative leverage, and long-term value creation.
Mr. Arjona holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin, is a licensed Texas real estate broker, a Certified Property Manager (CPM®), and a Tax Credit Specialist.
