Julio joined RDE Capital Group LLC in October 2022, assuming the role of Maintenance Technician. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for his work, Julio oversees all maintenance operations at Royal Terrace Apartments in Euless, ensuring that the property remains in optimal condition for residents.

Outside of his professional duties, he cherishes his time spent at his "rancho" in Durango, Mexico, where he indulges in his love for his dogs and animals.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Julio effectively communicates with management staff and residents. With his diverse skill set, unwavering work ethic, and genuine passion for his craft, Julio continues to play a vital role in upholding the standards of excellence at RDE Capital Group LLC.
