Gonzalo Posada III joined RDE Capital Group LLC in January 2026 as our HVAC License Contractor, bringing more than 22 years of experience in commercial and residential HVAC/R operations. As a Texas State Licensed Contractor, Gonzalo is recognized for his technical expertise, disciplined approach, and commitment to delivering reliable, code-compliant mechanical systems that support asset longevity and operational stability.

Throughout his career, Gonzalo has led large-scale HVAC projects, overseen installations and inspections, trained technicians, and resolved complex system challenges that require advanced diagnostics and strategic thinking. His background includes operations management, preventive maintenance planning, energy-efficiency optimization, and hands-on service across critical facilities, data centers, and multi-property portfolios, always maintaining high standards of safety and performance.

Gonzalo holds multiple industry certifications, including EPA Universal and Texas HVAC/R Contractor Licensure, and brings extensive knowledge in system design, controls, troubleshooting, and project management.
