Nicholas Evans joins RDE Capital Group LLC as a Commercial Real Estate Analyst Intern, bringing a strong blend of academic excellence, leadership, discipline, and hands-on real estate experience. A senior at Hebron High School, Nicholas has built an impressive academic foundation through advanced coursework including AP Calculus, AP Government, Honors Physics, and AP English Literature.

Nicholas previously completed a full-time internship with RDE Capital Group LLC during the summer of 2025, where he supported daily property management operations, tenant communications, lease compliance organization, and the digitalization of company records. He also contributed to internal team-building initiatives and assisted in organizing the company’s annual charity event, demonstrating both professionalism and initiative.

Beyond his academic and professional achievements, Nicholas is an accomplished competitive golfer with multiple tournament recognitions through varsity golf and the North Texas Professional Golf Association Junior Tour. His strong work ethic, attention to detail, competitive mindset, and commitment to personal and professional growth make him a valuable addition to the RDE team this summer.
