Nicholas Evans

Nicholas Evans joins RDE Capital Group LLC as a Commercial Real Estate Analyst Intern, bringing a strong combination of academic achievement, leadership, discipline, and practical real estate experience. Nicholas recently graduated from Hebron High School on May 30, 2026, where he excelled in advanced coursework including AP Calculus, AP Government, Honors Physics, and AP English Literature. This fall, he will attend the University of Alabama as a member of the prestigious Finance Honors Program.

Nicholas is no stranger to the RDE team. During the summer of 2025, he completed a full-time internship with RDE Capital Group LLC, supporting property management operations, tenant communications, lease compliance initiatives, and the digitalization of company records. He also played an active role in internal team-building efforts and assisted with the planning and organization of the company’s annual charity event.

In addition to his academic and professional accomplishments, Nicholas is an accomplished competitive golfer with multiple recognitions through varsity golf and the North Texas Professional Golf Association Junior Tour. His strong work ethic, attention to detail, competitive mindset, and commitment to excellence make him a valuable addition to the RDE team.
