Emmanuel is our Maintenance Manager at RDE Capital Group, bringing extensive experience in construction, property maintenance, and project management across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. He has a strong background leading renovation project, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Throughout his career, Emmanuel has successfully managed timelines, budgets, and team performance while maintaining clear communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.

He previously served as a Project Manager, where he developed detailed scopes of work, conducted property assessments, and provided regular progress updates. His hands-on experience as a Superintendent and Foreman further strengthened his ability to interpret blueprints, oversee job sites, and lead teams in delivering high-quality results. Emmanuel is skilled in problem-solving, cost control, and maintaining efficient workflows in fast-paced environments.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, Emmanuel is known for his leadership, adaptability, and commitment to excellence. His technical knowledge, combined with a positive attitude and strong work ethic, supports operational success and ensures consistent, reliable maintenance performance across the organization.
