DANIELA SOLAR

Daniela is a human resources manager at RDE Capital Group. Ms. Solar is responsible for the hiring aspects of the company. She is an experienced executive support and operations professional with eight years of service to CEOs, senior leaders, and nonprofit boards. She specializes in high-level administration, workflow optimization, board coordination, and strategic communications, known for her discretion, precision, and ability to strengthen executive effectiveness.

From 2017 to 2025, she held multiple cross-functional leadership roles at Christ for the Nations Institute, supporting executive leadership, advancement, HR, and board operations. Her work included executive reporting, board preparation, donor engagement, campaign coordination, and international travel logistics. She also managed scholarship programs for up to 120 international students per semester, oversaw HR processes for global staff, and helped build compliance frameworks that strengthened organizational integrity.

Fluent in English and Spanish, with intermediate Portuguese, she brings cross-cultural experience from the U.S., Latin America, and the Caribbean. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketplace & Leadership from Christ for the Nations Institute, a degree in Journalism and Strategic Communications from UNIACC University.
