Ivone Davila

In July 2018, Ivone joined RDE Capital Group, LLC as an Onsite Assistant Property Manager in Amarillo, Texas. She rose to become Regional Property Manager in Dallas, Texas in January 2023. 

As Regional Property Manager, she is responsible for ensuring compliance with the company's policies, procedures, laws, regulations, and safety practices. Her strong organizational and interpersonal skills ensure our clients' prized assets operate at peak performance in a competitive environment throughout the DFW Metroplex. 

Ivone graduated from the University of Houston with a dual Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management. She is a licensed Texas Real Estate Sales Agent and has obtained certification as a Tax Credit Specialist in the state of Texas.
