We will also screen potential buyers, negotiate, and manage the escrow process to achieve a successful closing.   

When you entrust RDE as your property management company, you work with an experienced team of professionals that understand the needs and complexities of commercial real estate.  Our management team will prepare a management operations plan that aligns with ownership goals and annual objectives for the property. Once the plan is established, RDE will execute the management plan and closely monitor any variances to stay aligned with ownership goals.

As a Landlord Representative, RDE understands that tenant selection is critical to success.  That is why our agents follow a comprehensive approach to tenant selection.  Our marketing efforts target potential space occupiers from our large database of active prospects.  Once a prospect is selected, we conduct a thorough financial review and vet the prospect to select an occupier that can fulfill their lease commitment.        

The RDE maintenance team is organized, transparent and maintains consistent communication with landlords and tenants.  We take great pride in planning and executing the preventative, corrective, and deferred maintenance operations for properties under our management.  Maintenance expenses are a significant line item on the property’s financials.  Therefore, it is critical that the maintenance plan is detailed, organized, and well executed.    

Renovation management is a complementary service to our clients.  Whether purchasing value add commercial property, completing insurance repairs, or capital improvements, the RDE team executes project renovations in an organized and efficient manner, maintaining proper documentation and financials.        

As an RDE client, you will enjoy clear and transparent financial reporting.   Financial statements are published monthly, accounting for all transactions.  Clients will receive Owner Statements, Cashflow Reports, Rent Rolls, Gross Potential Rents Reports, Trail Balance, and Work Order Reports monthly to track progress and variances.
